It’s that time of year again where you put on your most festive outfit and have your Christmas list ready. It’s time to line up and get your photo taken with Santa! This photo will mark the start of your 2015 Christmas season and is something to send the relatives to wish them a safe and happy Festive Season.
There are a few things to remember before seeking out Santa. Firstly, you don’t actually have to take your photo with Santa if you don’t want to. If you happen to spot Santa whilst being out an about, you can still approach him without being locked into taking a photo. If you do decide you want a photo make sure you go with a plan. A plan with what you or your children are going to wear (you might unexpectedly end up in the photo), let the children know that you are visiting Santa (so they don’t get a shock) and go with a budget in mind of how much you want to spend on this photo.
Whether you live in Perth or are visiting over Christmas, here is a list of places to take you and your family to meet Santa and capture the moment.
THE CLAREMONT QUARTER CHRISTMAS GROTTO
The Grotto is a Claremont Quarter tradition, delighting kids and parents alike.
This year, come and visit Santa in his animated workshop, where his cute and mischievous puppetry elves are preparing for the big day. Santa has called for extra help this year, and there are some great new puppets to meet and scenes to enjoy.
Visit Santa from Monday, December 7 through to Christmas Eve to have your picture taken, post a letter to the North Pole, ride in his sleigh and if you are good, maybe even receive a little gift!
